As a remote customer service and payment collection representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for making outbound (and some inbound) phone calls to customers, providing them with knowledgeable answers and peace of mind that their issues are being addressed. Our scripted customer feedback and ongoing training will equip you with the skills and confidence to handle even the most challenging situations. Key Responsibilities: Make outbound (and some inbound) phone calls to customers to assist with payment collection and account-related inquiries Collaborate with managers to receive feedback and coaching on performance improvement Provide customers with accurate and helpful information to resolve their concerns and provide a positive experience Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and update accounts accordingly Participate in virtual team environments, including weekly contests and incentives to foster a sense of community and friendly competition Who We're Looking For: Your Background and Skills To succeed in this role, you should have prior customer service experience, preferably in a remote setting. A background in retail, sales, or wait staff can be beneficial, as these roles often require strong communication and interpersonal skills.
