We're a relaxed, yet professional and fun environment that values creativity, innovation, and collaboration. **Responsibilities** As a Part-time Chat Specialist, you'll be responsible for: * Handling a wide variety of customer inquiries via online chat, providing accurate information about our products and services * Narrowing down on appointment information to schedule appointments and capture customer contact information for lead generation and client review * Summarizing interactions based on customer needs for client review * Developing and maintaining a knowledge base of the evolving products and services * Providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients' customers **Key Qualifications** To succeed in this role, you'll need: * Previous experience in retail customer service or the automotive industry (preferred but not necessary) * Basic internet and window-based computer skills * Strong ability to multitask (gaming experience is a plus!) * Positive and professional demeanor * Excellent written and verbal communication skills * Ability to adapt to change and thrive in a fast-paced work environment **Requirements** * Must reside in one of the following states: Alabama, Arkansas, Idaho, Indiana, Iowa, Kansas, Kentucky, Louisiana, Mississippi, Ohio, Oklahoma, Pennsylvania, Tennessee, Texas, Utah, West Virginia, or Wisconsin * Own your own computer or laptop with a webcam and microphone * Ability to attend four weeks of paid, remote training via Zoom (Tuesday through Saturday, 11:00 AM - 7:30 PM EDT) * Ability to work five days a week, including a Saturday or Sunday **Benefits** As a valued member of our team, you'll enjoy: * Competitive hourly rate of $13.00 per hour * 25-39 hours of work per week * 401(k) plan with matching contributions * On-the-job training and professional development opportunities * Referral program and recognition for outstanding performance * A non-smoking work environment that promotes a healthy lifestyle **Work Environment** As a remote worker, you'll have the flexibility to work from the comfort of your own home.
