Your key responsibilities will include: * Reviewing bills of materials and maintaining them in our system to ensure accuracy and efficiency * Answering incoming calls from customers and vendors with a smile, providing helpful and patient support * Processing month-end tasks with precision and attention to detail * Maintaining all vendor files and contact information to ensure seamless communication * Keeping our financial records up-to-date, including issuing receipts and recording payments * Demonstrating excellent communication skills, including helpfulness and patience, when dealing with vendors, customers, contacts, and fellow employees * Following established company safety policy and procedures to ensure a safe working environment * Communicating effectively with Production Supervisors and co-workers to drive collaboration and success * Possessing a strong work ethic, with honesty and integrity at the forefront of everything you do * Performing administrative functions, such as electronic and physical filing, scanning, copying, and organizing documents, and creating company documents * Maintaining electronic documents, including miscellaneous spreadsheets for the office * Entering receivers into our ERP software with accuracy and speed * Maintaining office supply stock levels and keeping the office supply room organized * Assisting other departments administratively as needed * Performing other administrative functions as required by management staff **Knowledge, Skills, Abilities** To succeed in this role, you'll need to possess the following skills and abilities: * The ability to read and comprehend basic verbal and written instructions, as well as read and interpret drawings, blueprints, sketches, instructions, and specifications * A willingness to accept and receive frequent training, supervision, and assistance from positions and supervisory personnel * Excellent communication skills, with the ability to communicate with many levels of personnel effectively and tactfully in various situations and environments * The ability to work in a team-oriented environment, with a focus on collaboration and mutual support * The motivation to learn and grow, with a willingness to take on new challenges and responsibilities * The ability to work in a manufacturing and fast-paced environment, with a focus on efficiency and productivity * Reliable transportation and a punctual and dependable attitude for each assigned shift * The ability to work overtime as needed, with a flexible and adaptable approach * The ability to pass a pre-employment physical examination and drug screen **Education and Experience** While we welcome candidates from all backgrounds, we're looking for individuals with: * A High School Diploma, with an associate degree preferred * One (1) year of Administrative Assistant experience, with a focus on customer service and communication * Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite products, with advanced Excel skills * Experience with SharePoint and Salesforce, with a willingness to learn and adapt * Strong organizational skills, with attention to detail and problem-solving abilities * Clear and precise communication skills, with the ability to work within a team * Previous experience in manufacturing or warehouse environments, with a focus on efficiency and productivity * Excellent communication skills, customer service skills, and the ability to handle stressful situations **About arenaflex** arenaflex is a leading global designer, manufacturer, and distributor of high-performance interior and exterior doors, windows, and related building products.
