Technical experience, preferably with Zendesk, to effectively navigate our ticketing system. A typing speed of 30 wpm with 90% accuracy or above, consistently. Strong messaging communication skills, with the ability to listen actively and respond thoughtfully. The ability to work independently, utilizing resources to resolve customer issues and improve processes. Excellent grammar and knowledge of text and chat acronyms, with the flexibility to adapt to different communication styles. A High School Diploma or equivalent.
