Key Responsibilities Engage Prospects: Manage inbound chat threads and phone calls from prospects and leads, serving as the face of blithequark's brand. Lead Development: Nurture inbound leads, provide in-depth product knowledge, and close new customers by identifying and addressing their business challenges. Outreach Initiatives: Execute targeted outreach campaigns to generate new leads and expand business opportunities. SaaS & Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with SaaS platforms and the massage industry is a plus, but not required.
