Job Overview In this part-time role, you will work 34 hours per week, with flexible hours between 8am - 4:30pm CST, Monday through Friday. As a Data Entry Claims Intake Processor, you will be responsible for accurately entering data from insurance claims and authorization requests, navigating through imaging software, and collaborating with other team members to meet client turnaround times. Key Responsibilities Accurately enter data from insurance claims and/or authorization requests submitted by healthcare providers, ensuring high levels of accuracy and efficiency. Navigate efficiently and effectively through imaging software to retrieve claims and authorizations for data entry, utilizing strong technical skills and attention to detail. Differentiate between different claim types and follow the appropriate data entry guidelines, demonstrating a strong understanding of the claims process and relevant regulations. Accurately identify specific document types that require special handling, ensuring that all documents are processed correctly and in a timely manner. Work collaboratively with other team members to ensure that work is completed in accordance with designated turnaround times, contributing to a positive and productive team environment.
