Job Overview The Data Entry Operator will play a critical role in supporting the Customer Service Division of Business Operations at arenaflex. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for entering information with a high degree of speed and accuracy, inputting large amounts of data into our customer information system and other software applications. Key Responsibilities Establish and maintain utility accounts with precision and attention to detail Verify account eligibility and accessibility to ensure data accuracy and compliance Prepare, distribute, and complete work orders in a timely and efficient manner Prepare files for mass customer communications, ensuring clarity and effectiveness Assist with mailing billing statements and other notices generated in-house, maintaining confidentiality and discretion Scan or retain documents, adhering to established protocols and procedures Perform monthly audits of incomplete account transfer requests, identifying areas for improvement and implementing solutions Enter data into Key Performance Indicator tracking databases, providing valuable insights and metrics Perform other related duties as assigned, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability Essential Qualifications To be considered for this role, you must possess: A High School Diploma or an acceptable equivalency diploma (GED) Two (2) years of experience as a high-volume data entry operator or typist, with a proven track record of accuracy and efficiency No specific licenses or certifications are required, but you must pass computer skills, typing and accuracy, and 10-key skills testing for consideration Preferred Qualifications While not essential, the following qualifications are preferred: An Associate's degree in business administration, data entry, or related fields, demonstrating a strong foundation in data management and customer service Two (2) years of experience as a high-volume data entry operator or typist, with a focus on customer information systems and software applications Passing computer skills, typing and accuracy, and 10-key skills testing, showcasing your technical proficiency and attention to detail Skill and Competency Requirements To succeed in this role, you must possess: Exceptional data entry skills, with high accuracy and speed Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and resolve issues efficiently Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on customer service and support Proficiency in computer applications, including data entry software and customer information systems Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong sense of initiative and motivation Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits At arenaflex, we are committed to the growth and development of our employees.
