Position Overview We are currently seeking a highly motivated Norwegian Speaking Customer Advisor to join our team and provide exceptional customer support via email and chat. This role is hybrid, with 2 days working in the office and 3 days remotely each week, offering a perfect balance between collaboration and flexibility. The ideal candidate will have a passion for helping customers, resolving issues, and ensuring a smooth shopping experience. While prior experience in customer support is a plus, it is not required as we provide comprehensive training to ensure your success in this role. Key Responsibilities Quickly and professionally respond to customer inquiries via email and chat, ensuring timely and effective communication. Assist customers with placing orders, addressing product questions, and troubleshooting issues, providing accurate and detailed information about products, services, and company policies. Handle and resolve customer complaints efficiently and courteously, maintaining a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times. Work with other departments to address and resolve complex issues, ensuring customer satisfaction and continuously improving our services. Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints, using this information to enhance our customer support services. Continuously enhance job knowledge through participation in training sessions and educational opportunities, staying up-to-date with industry trends and best practices. Essential and Preferred Qualifications To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following essential qualifications: Proficiency in Norwegian and English, both written and spoken, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively, with strong problem-solving skills and quick thinking. Basic computer skills and familiarity with e-commerce platforms are a plus, with a willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies. Preferred qualifications include: Previous experience in customer support or a related field, with a proven track record of providing exceptional customer service.
