Paid Media Strategist & Buyer (Meta + Google)

Every decision we make ties back to contribution margin, not vanity metrics The Role We’re looking for a world-class Paid Media Strategist who can own accounts end-to-end that will be leading client calls, building strategy, managing execution, and optimizing performance across Meta and Google. This isn’t a siloed media buyer role, it’s a client-facing strategic partner position where you’ll collaborate directly with the founder and senior talent. You Will: • Lead client communication and performance reviews with confidence and clarity. • Build and execute paid media strategies that drive measurable profit (not just ROAS). • Manage campaign setup, structure, optimization, and creative testing across Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads (Search, PMax, YouTube). • Collaborate with analytics, creative, and FP&A to align media performance with business outcomes. • Stay ahead of algorithm changes, betas, and platform updates and bring proactive ideas to the table. • Translate performance data into actionable insights for clients and leadership. • Contribute to the growth of Lower Cross’ marketing intelligence systems and proprietary tools. You Have: • 4+ years of experience running Meta and Google Ads at significant scale ($500K+/month combined). • Experience in an agency, performance consultancy, or high-growth DTC brand. • A deep understanding of CAC, MER/aMER, LTV:CAC, and contribution margin. • Exceptional client communication and presentation skills. • Curiosity, accountability, and relentless drive to improve results. • (Bonus) Familiarity with Funnel.io, Northbeam, GA4, and Looker Studio. • (Bonus) Experience with automation tools, Slack reporting, or scripting workflows.
