You will be involved in different projects and you will mainly work on the following topics: Identify the work processes and propose solutions to simplify and improve them, Implement the solutions in agreement with the client, Manage the clients in the change and coach them in improving their performance. As fast as possible, you will take up team leadership roles by coaching new hires and juniors. You will get the opportunity to contribute actively to our knowledge creation and exchange (workshops, publications, seminars, etc.) within the business units of the different industries we serve.
