Position Overview We are seeking a dedicated and professional tutor to provide high-quality educational support to students through our online platform. The ideal candidate will be passionate about education, skilled in fostering student growth, and committed to creating a positive and engaging learning experience. Work Environment This is a part-time position Operating hours: M-F Approximately 12 hours per week Remote - Must reside in Florida What We Offer Competitive hourly rate: $25 - $30 per hour Flexible schedule Career advancement opportunities Responsibilities Deliver effective and tailored instructional support to students in assigned subjects or areas of focus. Prepare thoroughly for each session, including reviewing student needs, gathering materials, and customizing lessons to meet individual learning goals. Build strong, supportive relationships with students to foster a comfortable and productive learning environment, while staying attuned to their academic progress and needs. Adhere to organizational policies, including guidelines for student interactions, professional conduct, and communication standards. Maintain accurate and timely records of student progress, including evaluations and updates on academic performance. Exhibit a positive, enthusiastic, and encouraging demeanor in all interactions with students, families, and colleagues. Qualifications Bachelor's degree or an active teaching certification by the state of Florida Prior experience in teaching, tutoring, or providing educational support. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to connect with students and adapt to diverse learning needs. Experience in working with students of various age groups and academic levels. Pay Range USD $25.00 - USD $30.00 /Hr.
