About the Team and Your Role As a member of the blithequark Contact Center team, you will have the unique opportunity to create meaningful emotional connections with our customers daily. As a Tier 1 Agent, you will promote loyalty brand building on behalf of our clients while generating valuable customer insights that drive team performance. How You Will Make an Impact Learn specific client loyalty program guidelines to provide informed support. Respond to all incoming inquiries across various media channels (phone, email, chat) with professionalism and a customer-centric approach. Maintain a positive, professional, and team-oriented attitude daily. Act with integrity at all times, communicating clearly and concisely both verbally and in writing. Take ownership of customer inquiries, working towards resolutions while de-escalating issues through effective communication and problem-solving skills. Efficiently utilize all internal systems and resources to provide top-notch service. Work independently with minimal supervision, adhering to schedules and company policies. Escalate any unresolved issues or concerns to ensure customer satisfaction. What You Need to Be Successful Essential Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent. Ability to attend a 7-week remote Training Program with 100% attendance. Basic computer knowledge with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook). 1 year of customer service experience (or equivalent). Strong customer service orientation with a collaborative nature. Good problem-solving ability and attention to detail. A "whatever it takes" attitude to care for customers. Flexibility with scheduling, including weekends. Strong verbal, written, and listening communication skills. A reliable, high-speed internet connection and a quiet home office environment.
