Job Overview As a Night Shift Chat Assistance and Customer Service Representative at blithequark, you will play a vital role in supporting our customers across various social media platforms. Your primary responsibility will be to provide timely and effective assistance to our customers, ensuring that their inquiries are addressed promptly and efficiently. This will involve responding to live chat messages on our website or social media accounts, answering customer questions, providing sales links, and offering discounts as needed. Key Responsibilities Respond to live chat messages on our website or social media accounts in a timely and professional manner Answer customer questions and provide accurate and helpful information to address their inquiries Provide sales links and offer discounts to customers as needed Follow provided steps and instructions to ensure consistency and quality in our customer service delivery Work independently with minimal supervision, using your judgment and initiative to resolve customer issues Maintain reliable internet connectivity to ensure uninterrupted service delivery Contract and Compensation This is a remote work opportunity with no fixed term, offering a competitive hourly rate of $35 per hour. You will have the flexibility to choose your hours, with a minimum requirement of 5 hours per week and a maximum of 40 hours per week.
