Junior Growth Marketer (B2B SaaS Generalist) - UTAH
Location: Remote or Lehi, UT Experience: 2–3 years in B2B SaaS marketing Department: Marketing About the Role The Junior Growth Marketer is a flexible, multi-disciplinary role ideal for marketers who want to experiment across channels, create content that resonates with post-sales leaders, and dig into data to determine what actually drives growth. You’ll contribute across demand gen, content, product marketing support, and customer marketing—making this role perfect for a lean, fast-paced SaaS team. Key Responsibilities Channel & Growth Experiments • Run cross-channel experiments across email, social, AEO, website updates, and emerging content formats. • Draft and test creative variations, messaging angles, and audience segments to identify what resonates with Customer Success, Product, and Onboarding leaders. Webinar & Event Support • Support the webinar program by managing: • Promo strategy • Registration workflows and segmentation • Event logistics and speaker coordination • Post-event recaps and nurture sequences • Assist with CS100 Summit promotional campaigns including content, landing pages, and email workflow execution. Content Creation & Repurposing • Create and repurpose content across formats: • Blogs, articles, and customer stories • Social media posts optimized for AEO • Product update announcements • Email newsletters and nurture sequences • Work with product and customer success teams to translate customer insights into compelling marketing narratives. Analytics & Insights • Pull basic performance metrics from HubSpot, GA4, and social platforms to inform decisions. • Identify trends and recommend next steps for ongoing experiments or campaigns. Cross-Functional Collaboration • Partner with sales, product, and customer success to align messaging and support product launches. • Coordinate projects across the ClientSuccess, Baton, and Product Signals brands. What You Bring • 2–3 years of experience in B2B SaaS marketing, ideally across content, growth, or generalist roles. • A strong experimentation mindset—comfortable testing and iterating quickly. • Solid writing skills and ability to adapt tone for different channels. • Basic fluency with tools like HubSpot, ChatGPT, Canva/Figma, and LinkedIn. • Video editing and/or design skills would be ideal. • Comfort interpreting data and making simple recommendations. • Curiosity about AI and emerging growth channels (AEO, video snippets, CS communities). • A resourceful, scrappy approach well-suited to a scaling SaaS environment.
