The NetSuite Administrator will manage the NetSuite system, ensuring it aligns with business processes while collaborating with various teams to optimize system functionality and user training. Responsibilities Partner with team members on all NetSuite-related matters, including design, architecture, configuration, functionality, maintenance, troubleshooting, controls, and performance Monitor and stay current on NetSuite functionality, module updates, and third-party applications within the NetSuite partner ecosystem Plan and manage integrations between NetSuite and related systems (Advanced Manufacturing, document management, expense management, engineering design, shipping, tax, etc.) Drive user adoption by improving the interface, providing training, and sharing best practices Create and maintain training materials, process documentation, and workflow diagrams Communicate system updates and release information to end users, including implementation plans, usage guidance, and support resources Lead testing for system changes and implementations, including validation plans and reporting Assist in developing and maintaining policies and procedures for data security, compliance, system controls, electronic storage, and ongoing maintenance Collaborate with stakeholders to develop product and platform roadmaps aligned with company strategy Gather and analyze business requirements to identify needs, growth opportunities, and process improvements Extract and analyze data to support decision-making; prepare reports and insights for stakeholders Explain technical concepts to non-technical users clearly and effectively Apply project management skills to ensure timely, on-budget delivery of projects Skills A minimum of 1-3 years' experience working in ERP applications such as NetSuite, Oracle, SAP, or Workday (NetSuite preferred) Technical skills and experience in business intelligence tools Experience in a manufacturing environment, preferably in major capital equipment manufacturing with project work orientation A bachelor's degree in Information Technology or related a field (preferred) Benefits Medical Dental Vision Life insurance Short- and long-term disability coverage Health savings account with a company match Retirement plan with employer contributions through Vanguard Access to the Granite Assistance Fund Company-paid uniforms Allowances for safety PPE Generous paid time off Volunteer time off Paid holidays Company Overview We specialize in solutions that transform waste materials into valuable end products like colored landscape mulch, animal bedding, compost, and more.
