NDA Attorney
Paul, Weiss, Rifkind, Wharton & Garrison LLP is seeking an NDA Attorney to work within a team setting focusing on non-disclosure agreements for prospective transactions. The role requires significant client interaction and involves drafting and negotiating NDAs in accordance with client guidelines. Responsibilities Submit a candidate's profile Work within a team setting and focus exclusively on non-disclosure agreements for prospective transactions in accordance with an alternative asset manager client’s detailed NDA guidelines There is considerable client and other external contact Skills J.D required Must be barred in NY 3.0 cumulative GPA At least one year of experience with drafting and negotiating NDAs or other similar commercial agreements at a law firm or financial institution Ability to work extended hours as needed Proven ability to meet, and experience with meeting, tight deadlines, assume significant responsibilities, and see multiple projects with simultaneous, competing deadlines through to their conclusion Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment Effective interpersonal and written communication skills, including ability to prepare written memoranda and correspondence Excellent oral business communication skills, including experience with making and taking phone, video, and conference calls Strong attention to detail and ability to grasp and learn difficult legal and commercial concepts quickly Direct client contact experience preferred Benefits Competitive compensation and benefits packages Company Overview Paul, Weiss, Rifkind, Wharton & Garrison LLP is a premier firm of more than 1,000 lawyers with diverse backgrounds, personalities, ideas and interests who provide innovative and effective solutions to our clients’ most complex legal and business challenges.
