Job Description: Marketing & Sales Operations Analyst This newly created role is designed to support our commercial organization's growth by building our sales pipeline, enhancing customer communications, and developing data insights that inform strategic decisions. As a Marketing and Sales Operations Analyst, you will be instrumental in maintaining our HubSpot CRM and MAP, optimizing sales and marketing processes, and providing timely analytics that track progress and growth. Key Responsibilities Maintain HubSpot CRM and marketing automation, ensuring seamless integration, data integrity, and optimized workflows Develop and maintain marketing and sales analytics reports and dashboards, including mobile apps Facilitate sales and operations strategy development and execution Support and maintain our Strategic Customer Database, including customer demographics and organization charts Lead prospecting efforts to generate new leads and collaborate on optimizing landing pages, marketing funnels, and conversion Coordinate and track NPI projects with PMO and Tech. Solutions team to enhance sales efficiency and inform customers Engage with internal stakeholders for data needs and analysis, including FP&A collaboration Evaluate emerging technologies for potential adoption and assist in sales compensation and commission calculations Essential Qualifications To excel in this role, you should possess: Proficiency in Salesforce or HubSpot and business intelligence tools 3-5 years of experience in Sales, Marketing, or Sales support in a medical company or similar industry Strong project management and follow-up skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally and internationally Competency with relational databases and SQL queries, as well as solid knowledge of website analytics tools like Google Analytics Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with creative and strategic problem-solving ability Preferred Qualifications While not mandatory, having the following qualifications can give you a competitive edge: HubSpot or Salesforce Admin or Developer certification Experience working within an ERP environment Skills and Competencies We're looking for individuals with a unique blend of technical, business, and soft skills.
