About the Role The Manager - Pay Over Time Portfolio Management is a critical role within our Product Management and Lending organization. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for analyzing growth opportunities, developing effective portfolio monitoring tools, and collaborating with cross-functional partners to drive business outcomes. Key Responsibilities Conduct in-depth analyses to identify growth opportunities using internal and external data sources, and develop insights to inform business decisions Design and lead effective portfolio monitoring tools, sharing key insights and trends with leadership and partners to drive business outcomes Understand and track the economics of lending growth levers, such as Pay Over Time limit, pricing offers, and merchant rewards offers, to optimize business performance Develop a portfolio growth decomposition framework, supervising performance against financial plans and identifying areas for improvement Collaborate with key partners, including Risk, Pricing, Finance, Premium Products, and Marketing, to drive cross-functional alignment and business growth Essential Qualifications To succeed in this role, you'll need to possess a unique blend of skills and competencies.
