You will work closely with sales and account management teams to formulate media plans, develop test and learn plans, and elevate client understanding of the arenaflex customer. Your expertise will be instrumental in driving business growth, improving client satisfaction, and shaping the future of retail media. **What You Will Do** As a Manager of Customer Insights, you will be responsible for: * Creating annual strategic learning plans for businesses supported by arenaflex * Leading Quarterly Business Review Process with top clients to ensure alignment and growth * Serving as the subject matter expert for media performance reporting, providing insights to internal partners, external clients, and agencies * Synthesizing disparate data from multiple sources to develop strategic recommendations for future media investments * Regularly delivering recommendations to internal leadership and external vendor-partners * Overseeing the development and codification of best practices in media performance evaluation, data visualization, and standardized reporting * Crafting compelling data stories to support sales pitches and case studies * Overseeing omnichannel advertising efforts and aggregating insights to support client-facing teams * Partnering with Product and Ad Tech teams to provide input on reporting capabilities based on client feedback * Integrating knowledge across the Customer Insights & Analytics team to bring relevant insights to the arenaflex LMN Insights team and the retail media business **Essential Qualifications** * Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, Statistics, Econometrics, Information Sciences, or Applied Quantitative * 5 years of experience in insights and analytics * 3-5 years of experience in retail media or general media analytics * Experience in analytical, decision-making, and project management * Experience in storytelling with data and presenting data stories in a compelling and easy-to-understand way * Experience with A/B testing * Experience with Microsoft Office tools (e.g., Word, PowerPoint, Excel) * Experience with tools such as Tableau, Power BI, Sequel, or similar tools **Preferred Qualifications** * Master's Degree in a related field (e.g., Master's in Market Research, Behavioral Psychology, MBA) * Experience leading teams and driving business impact * Experience managing global teams * Experience working in a retail environment * Experience working with analytic/research software (e.g., SPSS, Wincross, Sawtooth, SAS, Decipher, Qualtrics, etc.) **About arenaflex** arenaflex is a FORTUNE 50 home improvement company serving approximately 16 million customer transactions a week in the United States.
