[Make, GHL, Airtable, CRM, Automation] Technical & Business Systems Specialist (No-Code / Low-Code)
About Us We recruit and manage large numbers of gig workers for user testing projects. We’ve onboarded over 500 workers so far and are scaling rapidly to 10,000+ over the next few years. Our internal team is growing from 12 to 30 people within the next 3–6 months. We’re looking for a technical and business systems generalist to help us streamline, build, and maintain our internal workflows across a range of tools and systems. This is a high-leverage, cross-functional role, working closely with leadership to architect, optimize, and maintain our operational infrastructure. Responsibilities - Maintain and iterate on our Applicant Tracking System (ATS) for full-time employees (currently selecting one). - Maintain and optimize our gig worker ("client") funnels in GoHighLevel (with a potential migration to another system). - Build and manage parallel client funnels and CRMs for different brands and demographic segments. - Develop live client and cohort tracking dashboards, with reporting on dropoff and conversion metrics. - Design and maintain a solution for aggregating emails from thousands of controlled inboxes, ensuring high uptime and reliability. - Manage account permissioning and integrations across tools like Calendly, Monday.com, Fireflies, Google Workspace, and Discord.
