LinkedIn Content Automation Engineer (Taplio + Content Systems)

Remote Full-time
We build repeatable LinkedIn content growth systems for B2B export and manufacturing founders. Our goal is NOT “posting more content”. Our goal is to turn LinkedIn content into: Trackable, reviewable, and revenue-relevant assets. This is a content × automation × growth logic role — not a generic social media manager or a simple no-code connector. ⸻ Who We Are Looking For We’re looking for a LinkedIn Content Automation Engineer who understands B2B content logic first, automation tools second. You’re a great fit if you: • Understand how LinkedIn content builds trust in B2B • Think of content as a long-term asset, not viral posts • Can design systems, not one-off workflows ❌ This role is NOT for: • Social media posters focused only on likes • No-code hobbyists without content strategy thinking • People who automate tools but don’t understand growth logic ⸻ What You Will Build You will help us automate this full content loop: Content → Publish → Log → Analyze → Leads → Review → Improve Specifically: • Automatically log Taplio-published posts • Write post data into Google Sheets or Notion • Track fields such as: • Publish date • Content topic / type • Post URL • Initial engagement metrics • Build a clean, reusable structure that can later connect to CRM / lead workflows • Ensure workflows are stable, scalable, and client-ready ⸻ ️ Tools We Commonly Use You don’t need to know all of them, but you should be comfortable combining: • Taplio (required) • Automation: Make.com and n8n • Databases: Google Sheets / Notion • AI (optional): ChatGPT / Claude for tagging, summaries, or classification ⸻ ✅ What Success Looks Like You will succeed in this role if you can: • Explain content automation in business terms, not just tools • Build systems usable by non-technical founders • Turn LinkedIn posting into a measurable content asset • Create a strong foundation for future CRM and lead tracking workflows ⸻ Mandatory Screening Task (Important) Please answer the following in writing when applying: Scenario: A B2B export founder uses Taplio for LinkedIn content marketing. Please explain: 1. What content data should be logged after publishing — and why 2. How you would structure the Notion or Google Sheets content database 3. How this system prepares for future lead and CRM workflows 4. Where Make.com or n8n fits into the overall architecture ❗ Do NOT just list tools. Explain your logic. Applications without this answer will not be reviewed. ⸻ Compensation • Paid test project: $100–$300 • Ongoing work: per-module pricing or small retainers • Long-term collaboration for the right candidate ⸻ Why Work With Us • Real B2B use cases (export & manufacturing founders) • Content automation as a product, not a one-off task • Long-term system-building opportunities • A chance to help shape a LinkedIn Content Growth OS If you believe LinkedIn content should drive business outcomes, not vanity metrics — we’d love to hear from you.
