LTC Onboarding Specialist
Job Description: • Guide pharmacies through startup, configuration, conversion, training, and provide support through go-live • Understand customer needs and identify opportunities to streamline pharmacy operations • Advise internal team members of current implementation status and escalate risks • Participate in onboarding meetings as needed • Conduct training for new customers and ongoing training • Collaborate with pharmacy customers for data clean-up and validate data accuracy • Perform end-to-end testing of the application • Provide go-live support and troubleshoot pharmacy software applications • Travel to customer sites or business-related functions as necessary • Support product sales demos by demonstrating workflows and best practices Requirements: • Associate’s degree and/or equivalent experience in education or pharmacy-related field • 3+ years’ experience with long-term care pharmacy operations and workflow processes • Experience delivering excellent customer service • Ability to quickly learn new software and emerging technologies • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment • Certified Pharmacy Technician (CPhT) (preferred) • Knowledge of applicable state, federal, and DEA regulations (preferred) • Familiarity with cloud base software in healthcare or pharmacy settings (preferred) Benefits: • Health insurance • 401(k) matching • Paid time off • Remote work options Apply tot his job
