This role owns the execution layer of our tech stack: building automations in GoHighLevel and Zapier, maintaining process maps, troubleshooting tech issues before they escalate, and ensuring 99%+ uptime across all systems. We're scaling to $5M in 2026, and we need someone who can ensure our tech infrastructure supports that growth without breaking. --- # IF YOU WORKED HERE LAST WEEK You might have: - **Maintained 99.8% uptime across 40+ active GoHighLevel automations** during the February 5-day challenge processing 200+ registrants, with zero critical failures and zero student-facing bugs - **Built and deployed 6 new Zapier workflows** connecting GoHighLevel, Slack, ClickUp, and Numeric—all tested, documented, and running with zero broken Zaps - **Solved 10 first-line tech support tickets** within 24 hours by diagnosing tag errors, workflow gaps, and integration issues—escalating only 1 with clear solution recommendations - **Created and maintained 12 process maps** in [Puzzleapp.io]( (migrating from Miro) showing current-state workflows, optimized logic flows, and live links to all systems—turning the Director's rough sketches into clean, executable documentation - **Identified and fixed 2 automation bottlenecks** in the TCI onboarding flow that were delaying logistics calls by 48 hours, documenting the fix with a Loom and updating the SOP so it never breaks again --- # YOUR CORE RESPONSIBILITIES We value ownership over task lists. Here's where you'll lead: • *GoHighLevel Automation Ownership** You build, optimize, and maintain all automations inside GoHighLevel—tags, triggers, workflows, pipelines, forms, funnels, and client portals for both internal operations and client delivery. You own 99%+ uptime, zero broken workflows, and seamless client experiences from the moment they purchase through their entire TCI journey. • *Zapier Execution & Monitoring** You build and monitor all Zapier integrations connecting our tech stack (GoHighLevel, Slack, ClickUp, Numeric, ManyChat), ensuring zero broken Zaps and instant escalation when third-party platforms change. You test every workflow before launch, document fallback logic, and proactively catch issues before they impact clients or team. • *Process Mapping & System Documentation** The Director of Operations creates rough workflow concepts—you turn them into clean, executable process maps in [Puzzleapp.io]( with proper logic flows, decision trees, and live system links. You maintain version control, update maps as systems evolve, and ensure every process is documented well enough that anyone can execute it. • *First-Line Tech Support & Troubleshooting** When something breaks or feels off, you're the first responder—diagnosing tag errors, workflow gaps, integration failures, and user issues within 24 hours. You solve 80%+ of issues independently and escalate the rest with clear analysis and solution recommendations, not just problem descriptions. • *Cross-Functional Systems Support** You support ad hoc build requests across the team—whether it's a new funnel for the January half-day workshop, a Slack automation for client success tracking, or a quick fix to a broken form.
