LinkedIn Campaign Manager – Remote - Part-Time (5-10 Hours/Week) - Contract to Hire

We’re managing 75+ LinkedIn accounts using our in-house automation software. We’re looking for a sharp, proactive Campaign Manager to own the client experience and ensure campaigns run smoothly from start to finish. This is a long-term, remote, part-time role with potential to grow. What You’ll Be Doing: Onboard new clients via quick 10–15 min Zoom calls Assign messaging and search filters to inbox managers (who handle daily execution) Run or audit Sales Navigator searches before uploading to the system Meet with each client for a short 10–15 min quarterly performance review Monitor 70+ live campaigns and make sure: - Messaging matches ICP and is optimized - Targeting is dialed in - Hot leads are escalated - Inbox managers follow instructions and don't miss anything - Flag missed messages or errors, and communicate updates to the team You’re a Fit If You: Have LinkedIn Sales Navigator experience Are comfortable giving strategic input and running quick Zoom calls Know how to write or edit cold messages for outreach Are detail-oriented and can oversee multiple client campaigns at once Communicate clearly via Slack, Loom, and email Thrive in a fast-moving, remote-first team environment Bonus Points If You: Have used LinkedIn automation tools Understand GoHighLevel or other CRMs Have experience working at an agency or managing outreach campaigns Time Commitment: 5–10 hours/week with flexible hours. Must be available for a few short Zooms and to check in on campaign performance each week.
