Key Responsibilities: Design Tailored Itineraries: Research, create, and execute personalized travel plans that meet and exceed client expectations, incorporating their preferences, interests, and budget constraints. Customize Travel Plans: Assess client needs and desires to design trips that cater to their specific requirements, including special requests and accessibility considerations. Stay Certified & Informed: Participate in ongoing training and webinars with vendors and suppliers to stay certified and become an expert on various destinations, including cultural insights, local customs, and travel industry trends. Manage Budgets: Review and plan trips within clients' financial constraints, ensuring their dream vacations are both affordable and exceptional, while also identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling. Create Marketing Materials: Develop eye-catching promotional materials to market travel services, including social media content, email campaigns, and print materials. Handle Bookings: Manage all aspects of travel arrangements, including flights, car rentals, accommodations, cruises, event tickets, and more, ensuring seamless execution and attention to detail. Communicate Effectively: Maintain clear communication with clients before, during, and after their travels to ensure satisfaction, handle any issues that may arise, and provide exceptional customer service. Network with Industry Partners: Build relationships with tour operators, hotels, and other industry partners to explore package deals, negotiate rates, and stay informed about industry developments. Essential Qualifications: Age and Work Authorization: Must be at least 18 years old and authorized to work in the U.S. Communication Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with clients, colleagues, and industry partners. Technical Requirements: Smartphone with internet access (laptop recommended but not required). Travel Experience: Personal travel experience is a bonus but not required; prior experience in customer service or hospitality is an advantage.
