Key Responsibilities As a Licensed Therapist with Workwarp, your primary responsibilities will include: Providing high-quality, evidence-based behavioral healthcare services to clients via telemedicine and in-person sessions. Conducting comprehensive assessments and developing individualized treatment plans. Implementing and monitoring treatment plans, with regular adjustments as needed. Maintaining accurate and up-to-date client records. Collaborating with colleagues and other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care coordination. Who We're Looking For We're seeking licensed therapists who are passionate about delivering exceptional patient care and are committed to clinical excellence. To be considered for this role, you must: Be fully licensed as an LMFT or LCSW in California. Have experience working with adult, child, and/or adolescent populations.
