Job Description We are looking for a legal professional to provide legal document editing and proofreading support. The role involves reviewing legal documents to improve clarity, structure, and consistency while preserving the original meaning, intent, and legal substance of the text. The work is detail-oriented and focuses on refining language, organization, and formatting to ensure documents are clear, professional, and internally consistent. Scope of Work -Proofread legal documents for grammar, spelling, and punctuation -Improve clarity, flow, and readability of legal text -Review and standardize formatting, headings, and numbering -Ensure consistency of defined terms, references, and citations -Flag unclear or inconsistent portions for client review, without making substantive changes Requirements -Legal or paralegal background -Excellent written English with strong attention to detail -Experience reviewing and editing legal documents such as contracts, pleadings, affidavits, or policies -Ability to follow instructions and preserve the original legal intent of documents Apply tot his job
