Subrogation Attorney
Job Description: • Manage all aspects of auto and property subrogation litigation from investigation through resolution • Investigate and pursue subrogation claims and litigation opportunities • Contact and negotiate with third-party carriers to resolve cases efficiently • Review new file assignments, approve initial pleadings, propound discovery, and develop litigation strategies • Maintain regular communication with insureds and internal clients • Prepare witnesses for depositions, arbitrations, mediations, and trials • Conduct depositions and prepare detailed summaries • Try and/or arbitrate cases, including preparing motions in limine and drafting post-trial motions • Manage legal projects and caseloads effectively Requirements: • Juris Doctorate and active membership in good standing with the California State Bar • 4+ years of litigation experience or equivalent litigation-adjacent experience • Strong legal judgment and strategic thinking • Proven ability to manage a high-volume caseload efficiently • Collaborative team player with experience working closely with attorneys, paralegals, and administrative professionals • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and legal research tools (LexisNexis preferred) Benefits: • Sign-On Bonus Included Apply tot his job
