Role Snapshot: Job Title: Lead Contact Center Agent - Medicaid Enterprise Data Warehouse (EDW) Support Start Date: Immediate openings available Location: Remote Compensation: Competitive salary with estimated hourly range of $21 to $24, depending on experience and skills Company: Conduent Key Responsibilities: As a Lead Contact Center Agent, you will play a critical role in providing exceptional support to end-users of the Medicaid Enterprise Data Warehouse (EDW). Your responsibilities will include: Leading a team of junior team members to ensure high-quality support for EDW end-users Providing informal guidance and support to junior team members on contact center services Serving as the primary point of contact for day-to-day end-user support operations activities Assessing the nature of transactions/calls and determining whether they can be handled in-place or require further follow-up Executing routine inbound and outbound call/contact center activities concerning EDW business products/services Providing customized information to users and deriving necessary information to update databases Escalating issues to senior levels as needed Assisting in the development and maintenance of operational policies and procedures Participating in audit compliance activities and reporting Essential Qualifications: To be successful in this role, you will need: A high school diploma or equivalent Availability to work 8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m. MDT Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite Preferred Skills and Experience: We prefer candidates with: Experience managing/leading a team in a call center environment A college degree Call center experience Experience working in end-user technical support Experience in public sector healthcare, Medicaid, and/or CHIP Skills and Competencies: To excel in this role, you will need: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong problem-solving and analytical skills Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment Strong leadership and team management skills Ability to adapt to changing priorities and technologies Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits: At Conduent, we're committed to helping you grow and thrive in your career.
