In this role, you will be responsible for leading a team of Title Examiners, ensuring the accuracy and quality of title reports, and providing guidance on complex title matters. Join us and become a part of our dynamic and growing company. Lead a team of Title Examiners: The Lead CA Title Examiner will be responsible for managing and leading a team of Title Examiners. This includes assigning tasks, providing guidance and training, and evaluating performance to ensure the team is functioning efficiently and effectively. Ensure accuracy and quality of title reports: The Lead CA Title Examiner will be responsible for overseeing the title examination process and ensuring that all title reports are accurate, complete and meet company standards. This includes reviewing and verifying information, identifying any potential issues, and making corrections as needed. Provide guidance on complex title matters: The Lead CA Title Examiner will be the go-to person for any complex title matters. They will be responsible for providing guidance and expertise to their team and other departments within the company on any difficult or unusual title issues that may arise. Understand California real estate laws and regulations: The ideal candidate for this role will have a strong understanding of California real estate laws and regulations. They will be responsible for staying up-to-date on any changes and ensuring that all title reports are compliant with state laws. Attention to detail: The Lead CA Title Examiner will be responsible for reviewing and analyzing a large amount of information. They must have excellent attention to detail to ensure accuracy and identify any potential issues or discrepancies. Proven leadership skills: The Lead CA Title Examiner must have strong leadership skills to effectively manage and motivate their team. This includes setting clear expectations, providing feedback, and fostering a positive and productive work environment. Remote work: The Lead CA Title Examiner will have the opportunity to work remotely, but must be able to effectively manage and lead a team in a remote setting.
