Salary: ?15,000 CTC for Freshers, ?18,000 CTC for Experienced Candidate

Experience: 0-4 Years

What You Will Do

Handle customer queries through inbound calls efficiently.

Ensure quick and effective resolution of customer queries/grievances.

Manage large volumes of inbound calls in a timely manner.

Who You Are

Communication Skills: Good communication skills in English.

Technical Requirements: Must have a laptop/PC and a reliable internet connection.
