Qualifications: ? * Strong computer skills and proficiency in using virtual communication tools ? * Ability to work well with others in a remote team environment, demonstrating excellent communication and interpersonal skills ? * Self-motivated and capable of working independently with minimal supervision ? * Prior experience in client support or a related field is preferred but not required ? * Commitment to delivering exceptional service and building positive client relationships

Responsibilities and Duties:
? * Calling and receiving calls from clients
? * Scheduling appointments with clients who request our benefits
? * Presenting and explaining insurance products and benefits packages over Zoom video call
? * Completing applications for insurance products
? * Attending ongoing, optional training sessions
