Job Description:

As our Grocery Delivery Driver, you’ll ensure our customers receive their online grocery orders in a timely manner. Responsibilities:

? Picking up groceries from our store and delivering them to customers in a safe and timely manner

? Providing excellent customer service, and handling customer queries and complaints professionally

? Ensuring that all deliveries are completed as scheduled

? Maintaining cleanliness and safety of the delivery vehicle

? Collaborating with the store team to improve service and efficiency

Requirements:

? Valid driver’s license and clean driving record

? Ability to lift heavy items, up to 50 lbs.

? Strong communication and customer service skills

? Ability to work in varying weather conditions

? Comfortable using GPS and other routing systems

Educational Qualifications:

No specific educational qualifications required, although a high school diploma or equivalent is preferred.

Experience:

Previous experience in delivery, retail, or customer service is preferred but not required.
