Sales & Upselling: Suggest additional services, upgrades, or exclusive packages to elevate client experiences and enhance revenue ? Documentation: Maintain accurate records of bookings, client communications, and payments within the agency?s CRM or database system

Qualifications: ? Strong organizational and time-management skills with keen attention to detail ? Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities ? Passion for travel, exploration, and creating memorable experiences for clients ? Tech-savvy with experience navigating online booking platforms and travel tools (training provided) ? Self-motivated with the ability to work independently in a remote setting ? Customer-focused mindset with problem-solving skills ? Must be 18 years or older with reliable internet access and a computer or smartphone ? Fluency in English required; bilingual skills are a plus!
