### Key Responsibilities

? Monitor and assess student progress, adjusting teaching plans as needed to enhance student success.

### Qualifications
? State certification in Special Education (specifically Alaska certification required).
? Bachelor's degree in Special Education or a related field.
? Proven experience in working with diverse learning needs and in developing IEPs.

### Requirements
? Ability to successfully complete a basic technology screening to facilitate smooth virtual instruction.
