Job Description

CVS Health is seeking a dedicated and experienced Virtual Nurse Consultant to join our dynamic team. As a Virtual Nurse Consultant, you will be providing virtual consultations to our clients, offering professional advice, and enhancing the overall quality of our healthcare services. This role is perfect for a registered nurse who enjoys flexibility and the convenience of working from home while making a significant impact on patient care.

In this role, you will conduct virtual assessments, provide guidance on health issues, and work closely with other healthcare professionals to ensure the best outcomes for our clients. You will need to utilize your nursing expertise to deliver high-quality care through virtual platforms, ensuring that patient queries are addressed promptly and efficiently.

Requirements

1. Active and unrestricted RN license in the state of practice.

2. Minimum of 3 years of clinical nursing experience.

3. Proficient in using telehealth and other digital communication platforms.

4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

5. Ability to work independently and make autonomous clinical decisions.

6. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

7. Comfortable with technology and able to adapt to new software quickly.

Responsibilities

1. Conduct virtual consultations and assessments for patients.

2. Provide expert advice on health issues and treatment options.

3. Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to coordinate patient care.

4. Document patient interactions accurately and promptly.

5. Monitor patient progress and follow up as necessary.

6. Stay updated with the latest healthcare guidelines and practices.

7. Educate patients on disease prevention, health maintenance, and management of chronic conditions.

Educational Qualifications

– Bachelor? Degree in Nursing (BSN) required. Master? Degree in Nursing (MSN) preferred.

Experience

– Minimum of 3 years of clinical experience as a registered nurse.

– Experience in telehealth or virtual care environments is highly preferred.
