- What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Conduct a minimum of 8 in-person calls with assigned accounts to develop sales opportunities
- Maintain strong relationships and consistent communication with assigned accounts
- Collaborate with store decision makers to expand volume business
- Provide insights on customer demands to local Distribution Center Sales Teams
- Attend in-store sales events and promotions to drive sales
- What is Required (Qualifications):
- Proven sales experience, preferably in a customer-facing role
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform physical tasks as needed
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to customer service
- Willingness to travel locally, including overnight stays, up to 75% of the time
- How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in the automotive parts industry or related field
- Familiarity with tools and equipment product offerings
- Background in account management or sales planning
- Strong listening skills and ability to engage effectively with clients
- Knowledge of market trends and customer needs in the automotive sector
