? Finvi is looking for a Talent Acquisition & People Operations Generalist
? This position will be remote.
? The Talent Acquisition & People Ops Generalist will play a crucial role in supporting our People Operations department.
? This position is perfect for a detail-oriented and proactive individual who is passionate about talent acquisition or people operations and is eager to contribute to a dynamic team.
? You will be responsible for assisting in the recruitment process, coordinating onboarding activities, maintaining employee records, and providing administrative support.

Requirements: ? Degree in business, human resources, or related field is preferred1-3 years recruiting experience preferred ? Proven candidate experience program management preferred ? Strong interpersonal and consultative skills required ? Proficient computer skills, including a working knowledge of Microsoft products required ? Advanced skills in Excel a plus ? Experience using applicant tracking systems is required (Pinpoint preferred) ? Ability to manage time and set priorities amidst multiple tasks and deadlines ? Ability to work effectively with other team members ? Ability to coach and train others to improve their execution of talent acquisition responsibilities ? Excellent interpersonal, listening, and interviewing skills ? Excellent presentation and facilitation skills ? Polished, strong written and verbal communication skills
