Special Order Account Representative
Description:
? Responsible for managing projects for customers? accounts to present promotional products and event solutions.
? Provide excellent customer service by collaborating with Sales Representative and/or customers directly to develop product offering.
? Excel in a fast-paced, attention to detail environment negotiating with vendors, generating quotes and executing orders.
? Professionally communicate both verbally and written.
? Utilize project management skills to coordinate multiple projects at one time.
? Organize daily tasks to meet crucial deadlines and customer service level agreements.
? Attention to detail and multi-tasking are essential.
? Manage complex projects which may include multiple destination shipments,
? kitting/fulfillment, and rush orders.
? Anticipate customer needs by understanding account history.
? Ability to problem solve issues with orders to provide the best possible solution to customers
? Prepare quotes and process orders through the order entry process
? Create product ideation by sourcing from approved suppliers, researching industry trends and working with internal marketing and merchandising teams.
? Build relationships with internal teams to provide exceptional customer experience.
? Collaborate with assigned sales rep(s) on key projects with frequent communication and gain alignment on roles and responsibilities
? Partner with finance team to facilitate the billing process and settle billing resolutions.
? May be invited to SPP?s annual National Sales Meetings to explore new product offerings, keep up to date on trends and network with vendors.
Requirements: ? 2+ years of customer service experience ? 2+ years of project management
