Have necessary skills for email, phone and video communication ? Handle confidential information with complete integrity ? Experience in administrative tasks, organization of detailed work materials, and prioritizing deadlines ? Accustomed to identifying and recommending corrective action for moderately complex issues ? Experience following scripts and processes according to contractual agreements ? Experience learning new technology and data ? Strong attention to detail ?
