What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
• Communicate the delivery roadmap to technology teams
• Articulate target persona, customer benefit, and value of features across teams
• Utilize technical knowledge to support engineering teams in delivering value
• Incorporate design thinking and analytics to inform product design
• Contribute to the development of a healthy product backlog

What is Required (Qualifications):
• At least 5 years of experience in technical program management or leading platform engineering teams
• Bachelor's degree
• Experience in designing and building technology/platform solutions
• Experience with Agile delivery
• Experience delivering large and complex programs

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
• Experience building highly scalable mobile products and platforms
• Experience in building systems and solutions within a highly regulated environment
• Bachelor's degree or higher in a related technical field
