If you're serious about building a fulfilling career, gpac could be the perfect fit! Responsibilities: ? Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, hiring managers, and job candidates ? Partner with clients to fill urgent job openings with qualified candidates ? Leverage recruiting tools and materials to source talent ? Conduct initial outreach, screen candidates, and prepare them and clients for interviews ? Negotiate job offers, and complete reference checks on candidates

Qualifications: ? Strong verbal and written communication skills ? Motivated to make high outbound calls to source clients and candidates ? Comfort establishing professional relationships over the phone ? High standards for integrity, confidentiality, and ethical conduct ? Effective negotiation skills ? A degree is preferred but not required ? Completion of gpac's training program and ongoing training requirements

Starting salary is $50,000 annually, with a commission goal of $160,000 per year.
