What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
• Coordinate clinical employee schedules based on patient needs and care plans
• Manage scheduling communications and ensure timely initiation of care
• Respond to emergency calls and adjust schedules as required
• Collaborate with Account Executives and Clinical Supervisors to meet patient needs
• Complete necessary reports and documentation in a timely manner

What is Required (Qualifications):
• High school diploma or GED; advanced education is desirable
• Previous experience in a Home Health environment or staffing agency preferred
• Knowledge of medical terminology or a general medical background is desirable
• Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office products including Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
• Experience in a clinical scheduling role or healthcare administrative position
• Familiarity with HIPAA regulations and patient confidentiality practices
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
• Previous experience working in a fast-paced healthcare environment
