Key Responsibilities
? Participate in both voice and non-voice processes as necessary.
? Professionally manage inbound and outbound calls, ensuring effective communication.
? Validate information supplied by third-party sources using online databases.
? Execute and complete Enrichment Tasks as outlined by client training.
? Conduct data entry tasks, verify vendor resources, check board certifications, and follow up with various state boards for status updates.
? Achieve timely and quality execution of all assigned tasks.
? Be prepared to undertake additional duties as required.

Required Skills
? A readiness to engage in both voice and non-voice processes.
? Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
? Adaptability and flexibility, with a talent for navigating changes in processes and information.
? Capability to work autonomously as well as collaboratively within a team.
? Proficiency in computer usage is preferred.

Qualifications
? Previous experience in outbound/inbound call centers, inside sales, or related customer service roles is advantageous.
? Availability to commit to 40 hours per week, with the capability to start immediately.
? Ability to maintain a reliable work-from-home environment, including a stable internet connection.
