Responsibilities
• Assist clients in planning and booking various travel arrangements such as flights, accommodations, transportation, and activities
• Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and offering travel advice
• Stay updated on industry trends, travel regulations, and destination information
• Collaborate with hotels, airlines, and other travel partners to secure the best deals for clients
• Create detailed itineraries tailored to clients' preferences and budget constraints

Skills
• Strong background in hospitality and customer service
• Proficient in sales techniques to upsell travel packages and services
• Excellent knowledge of travel planning including booking systems and reservation software
• Familiarity with hotel accommodations and amenities
• Outstanding communication skills to interact effectively with clients and vendors
