Working Hours

Evening Shifts (Flexible hours within the range of 4 PM ? 10 PM EST)

Responsibilities
? Respond promptly to customer inquiries via various communication channels.
? Identify and resolve customer issues efficiently.
? Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through excellent service.
? Document all customer interactions in the CRM system.
? Provide product and service information to customers.
? Assist customers with troubleshooting and technical support.
? Collaborate with team members to improve customer service processes.
? Follow up on customer issues to ensure resolution.

Hourly Salary Range

$25 ? $45 per hour (depending on experience and performance)

Job Requirements
? Located in the United States.
? Previous customer service experience is a plus.
