Remote Healthcare Assistant at RAILS

Monroe Christian School in Lakewood, OH is looking for one remote healthcare assistant to join our team. We are located on 17511 Lakewood Heights Blvd Lakewood. Our ideal candidate is attentive, motivated, and reliable.

Responsibilities
?Provide virtual support for healthcare-related tasks focused on the well-being of our puppies.
?Assist in managing medical records, scheduling veterinary appointments, and tracking vaccination schedules.
?Support veterinarians and healthcare specialists with remote consultations and follow-ups.
?Offer guidance to clients on puppy care, diet, and general health concerns.
?Monitor and review health data, ensuring accuracy and compliance with best practices.
?Communicate with clients, providing updates on their puppies' health status.
?Maintain confidentiality of all medical and client information.

Qualifications
?Required: 1-2 years of experience in a healthcare assistant role, veterinary support, or animal care.
?Knowledge of medical terminology, especially related to animal health.
?Strong organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
?Proficiency in using healthcare software and maintaining digital medical records.
?Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
?Ability to work independently in a remote environment with minimal supervision.
?Passion for animal welfare and a positive, can-do attitude.
?Preferred: Certification as a Healthcare Assistant or Veterinary Technician.

Available shifts and compensation: We have available shifts all days of the week. Compensation is $25.00 - $30.00/hour.
