Remote Outbound Customer Service Schedules
? Full-Time AM shift: 9 AM to 5 PM Mon-Fri (EST) - can stay late into the PM shift or Saturday shift (if interested)
? Part-Time PM shift: Mon-Thurs 6-11 PM (EST) and Saturday 12-6 PM, (EST)

Start Date: 9/23/24

Pay Rate: $20hr
? This is an 8 week contract with potential for extension or transition to an additional campaign!*

Remote Outbound Customer Service Rep Job Description
? Outbound shareholder communications for public companies
? High volume of calls using an auto-dialer
? Directing employee to how they can vote

Remote Outbound Customer Service Rep Additional Skills & Qualifications
? 6+ months of call center experience
? Outbound customer Service Experience preferred
