At Smirta Inc., we are seeking a dynamic and talented individual to join our team as a Receptionist/Typist Clerk. This full-time position offers a competitive salary range of $50,000 to $75,000 per year.
? *Job Overview:**

As a Receptionist/Typist Clerk, you will be the first point of contact for our company, providing exceptional customer service to all visitors and callers. In addition to managing the front desk, you will also be responsible for typing various documents and correspondence for our team. ? *Responsibilities:**

Greet and assist visitors in a professional and friendly manner

Answer and direct phone calls to the appropriate parties

Maintain a neat and organized reception area

Type and proofread documents, reports, and emails

Assist with general administrative tasks as needed

High school diploma or equivalent

Proven experience in a receptionist or clerical role

Strong typing and communication skills

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite

Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
