? 7 years direct experience in a Project Management Role*
Position Purpose: With the Population Health Clinical Operations (PHCO) team, this role will lead strategic initiatives in a fast-paced environment with multiple types of projects across product lines (i.e. Medicare, Medicaid, Marketplace) and business areas (i.e. Care Management, Behavior Health, Utilization Management)
? Manage multiple projects end to end including creation and management of project documentation including project plans, RAID (Risk, Action, Issue, Decision) logs, and charters
? Standup and lead workgroup meetings
? Identify, escalate and resolve risks and issues
? Communicate status of projects and escalate any risks or issues
? Negotiate and influence stakeholders to meet the needs of the projects
? Coordinate cross-functional meetings with various functional areas to meet overall stakeholder expectations and company?s objectives
Education/Experience: Bachelor?s degree in related field or equivalent experience. 7+ years of project management experience with departmental specific projects. Previous experience as a lead in a functional area, managing cross functional teams on large scale projects or supervisory experience including hiring, training, assigning work and managing the performance of staff. Proficient with MS-Office applications. Healthcare experience; managed care experience preferred.
License/Certification: PMP certification preferred.
Preferred Skills:
Project management planning tools (i.e. Smartsheet, Planview) and Microsoft (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio)
Build relationships at all levels of the organization within PHCO and cross-functionally
Communicate and present to various audiences including executive level stakeholders
Ability to lead and influence workgroups that don?t directly report to them (matrix environment)
Initiative and resourcefulness
Adaptability and ability to pivot since we work in an environment that experiences a lot of change
Pay Range: $86,000.00 - $154,700.00 per year

Actual pay will be adjusted based on an individual's skills, experience, education, and other job-related factors permitted by law. Total compensation may also include additional forms of incentives.
